Privacy.

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit soleon-music.ch. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Last updated: 20 October 2026. The German version is authoritative.

In short

  • The website is hosted by Vercel; technically necessary access data is processed.
  • For audience measurement we use Google Analytics (with cookies, via Google Tag Manager) and Vercel Web Analytics (without cookies). You can decline Google Analytics.
  • Booking requests sent via the form are forwarded by email to SØLEØN (Formspree service, mailbox hosted by Infomaniak).
  • The embedded SoundCloud player loads content from SoundCloud.
  • Fonts are served from our own web server; there is no advertising and no sharing for advertising purposes.

Hosting and access data

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When pages are requested, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser, referrer) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Some gallery photos are stored in Vercel Blob (data centre in Frankfurt). Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA, loaded via Google Tag Manager (also a Google service; the Tag Manager itself sets no cookies). It shows us how many people use the website, which pages are visited, how visitors find us, whether the set is played, which channels (Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, TikTok) are clicked and whether a booking request was sent. The content of the form is not transmitted to Google.

Processed are pages visited and time spent, source of the visit, device, browser, screen size and approximate location (country, region). Google Analytics 4 does not store complete IP addresses. For recognition it sets the cookies "_ga" and "_ga_<ID>" with a lifetime of up to two years. Advertising features are switched off. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is deleted after 14 months at the latest.

We inform you about the measurement with a notice on your first visit. You can object at any time (Art. 45c Swiss Telecommunications Act): choose "Decline" in the notice or later "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Google Analytics will then no longer measure and its cookies are deleted. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). If your browser sends the "Global Privacy Control" signal, we do not measure with Google Analytics.

Vercel Web Analytics

In addition, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and individual clicks in aggregated form, without cookies and without recognising visitors across days. No individual person can be identified from this.

Booking requests

When you send the booking form, you transmit your name, contact details (email or phone), event details and your message. This data is forwarded by email to bookings@soleon-music.ch via the Formspree service (formspree.io); the data is processed and stored on Formspree servers, which may be located outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. The mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We use the data only to answer your request and handle a possible booking, and delete it when it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

SoundCloud

A player from SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany, is embedded on the home page and the "Set" page. When the page loads, your browser connects to SoundCloud; at least your IP address and the page visited are transmitted, and SoundCloud may set cookies. SoundCloud's privacy policy applies.

Links to social networks

Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube and TikTok are only linked, not embedded. Only when you click a link are you taken to the respective provider, whose privacy terms then apply.

Your rights

You can request information about your data processed by us, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Please contact bookings@soleon-music.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

This policy may be updated if the website or the services used change. The version published here applies.
